- How we incorporate new features into Trial Orgs and Sales Demo Orgs to showcase our latest capabilities
- How we improve ease of implementation through targeted investments in documentation, enablement, and pre-configured reference solutions
- How we can accelerate the efforts of our ecosystem of implementation partners, sales engineers, support agents, and other customer-facing teams to make it easier to help customers get the most value from their Industries product
- As a member of the product team, you will regularly meet with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand the barriers or points of friction they face in adopting the product.
- As a hands-on expert with the Salesforce platform, you will experience firsthand the level of effort required to configure new features each release, and the extent to which documentation and other supporting assets make the process easier
- As a part of Salesforce Industries, you will have access to our adoption data analysts and dashboards to help you identify and analyze usage trends by feature, geography, customer size, tenure, and more.
- As a member of the Adoption team, you will be supported by the experience, strategies, and innovations of fellow adoption leads who cover over 20 additional industry-specific products and embedded components
- 14+ years of innovation and transformation experience as an executive or consultant, leading engagements on growth, customer experience, and innovation challenges
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation consulting, or equivalent experience that demonstrates prior hands-on technical depth as well as knowledge of the Salesforce platform

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation and delivery at the C-suite level

- You are a hands-on expert with the Salesforce platform with recent experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (or equivalent), likely a Trailhead Ranger, and looking forward to becoming a top expert on the product
- You understand Product Management, the product development lifecycle, and have experience bringing new innovations to the market
- You are a skilled communicator, experienced in making pitches to and collaborating with a broad range of senior and executive stakeholders in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management.
- You are passionate about ensuring customers see value from our products, and recognize the importance of rapid and successful adoption as a driver of faster growth and lower attrition for our cloud-based products.
