Job Duties: Translate business requirements into technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers, UX designers, Architects, and others to refine requirements. Develop high complexity features independently for a massively dispersed cloud platform. Understand and apply a wide range of software engineering principles, design processes and procedures. Provide oversight through active participation code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team. Understand the customer’s needs and propose business solutions, identify opportunities to increase efficiency and simplify solutions. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel unanticipated locations across the U.S. to Salesforce offices and client sites may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Apex; (2) VisualForce; (3) Agile Methodology; (4) Eclipse; (5) Javascript; (6) GIT HUB; (7) SOAP; (8) HTML; (9) Ajax; (10) XML; and (11) CSS.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel unanticipated locations across the U.S. to Salesforce offices and client sites may be required.

Salary: $215,197.00 - $323,400.00 per annum.
