Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Product Management in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Responsible for long and short-term product vision - based on user needs, strategic vision, business case, and delivery analysis; aggregating roadmaps and priorities for architects, engineering leaders, and product managers. Mentor and coach a team of product managers/owners across different regions. Establish and foster relationships with key business stakeholders to gather priorities, communicate roadmap vision, and progress on key initiatives and projects. Drive strategic and tactical cross-functional coordination with other teams and ensure appropriate engagement processes are followed; facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders. Manage dependencies, blockers, conflicts and obstacles; marshal appropriate resources to align and solve. Guide business partners through the work intake process, work with delivery teams to determine cost, scope, schedule, key milestones and deliverables; manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between these. Assess the work management maturity of the team / organization and empower them to mature at an appropriate pace. Telecommuting is an option. Employer will accept three-year or four-year Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of technology project management or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Project Management; (2) Agile methodologies; (3) Requirement Gathering; (4) Roadmap Building; (5) Stakeholder Management & Reporting; (6) Change Management; (7) IT Infrastructure projects; (7) Current & Future State Analysis; (8) Market Research; (9) Technical Documentation; (10) SDLC; and (11) Software Implementation.
