Job Details:

  • Salesforce is looking for a motivated Solution Engineering Manager or Senior Manager to join our exceptionally talented Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team, which is instrumental to Salesforce Small Business growth.

These are the core skills you’ll need to be successful:

  • Front-line SE leadership experience requested + experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience leading or participating in complex Solution Engineering organizations
  • Deep Salesforce product knowledge, with the ability to present and demo to a business or technical audience
  • Effective interpersonal skills to create senior and executive relationships with key customer partners
  • Ability to innovate with new ideas, processes, and tools
  • Tailor messaging and approaches to match targeted business segments
  • Ability to act as a force multiplier and have a passion for team and team members’ success by providing technical guidance, career development and mentorship
  • Ability to maintain high morale and motivate the SE team to go above and beyond – leading by exemplifying our core values
  • Ability to communicate equally with internal resources such as Executive Leadership, Product Development, Product Marketing and Sales Management to gain dedication and support
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Salesforce - Sales, Services, Customer Success teams, etc.
  • Ability to self-identify, formulate a plan, and execute areas where improvement can be had across the organization
  • Requirements:
  • People leader experience (or relevant complimentary experience)
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience selling enterprise software
