We're seeking a top-tier professional to lead and craft our product vision, applying sophisticated expertise in visualization, thought leadership, and compassionate design.   • Own the collaboration with product owners, engineers, and user research to establish and articulate a strategic product vision, driving the user-centered design process.
  • Serve as the key liaison across design, product, engineering, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and coherence in delivering outstanding digital experiences.
  • Take ownership and provide strategic oversight for multiple web and application features, interfaces, and experiences from inception to implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive design specifications that guide detailed developer builds and guarantee high-quality user experiences.
  • Designing and crafting prototypes to envision future user experiences
  • Conducting in-depth competitive research and analysis within the market landscape
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure flawless implementation, delivering refined final products that meet high standards.
  • Uphold and expand existing style guides and design patterns, championing inclusive and accessible design practices.
  • Plan, implement, and report on sophisticated user research, integrating feedback from peers and partners.
  • Advocate ardently for ethical and inclusive design practices, driving the prioritization of inclusive features and the ethical use of AI technologies.
  • Prototyping (call out tools experience, but a responsibility should be prototyping)
