Job Duties: Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many multi-functional teams, architects, product owners and engineer. Make critical decisions that attribute to the success of the product. Proactive in foreseeing issues and resolve it before it happens. Daily management of standups as the Scrum Master for engineering teams. Partner with PO to align with objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, and risk. Ensuring teams have clear priorities and adequate resources. Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members. Participate in architecture discussions and planning. Participate in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams. Maintaining and encouraging our culture by interviewing and hiring only the most qualified individuals. Occasionally contributing to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments, to gain an understanding of the deeply technical product as well as to keep your technical competence sharp. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Software Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Kafka; (3) Docker; (4) Apache; (5) Kubernetes; (6) GDB; (7) Golang; (8) C; and (9) Hadoop. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $274,206.00 - $323,400.00 per annum.
