Job Duties: Manage an engineering team comprising of individuals who hold positions including Software Engineering LMTS, and multiple Software Engineering SMTS. Keep abreast of evolving technologies and mentor and guide members of the team on technical projects and individual growth in order to accelerate personal development and drive product goals faster. Drive runtime plane infrastructure and security patching process and implementation. Maintain and operate runtime plane to ensure 99.99% of runtime uptime and 100% compliance on customer and security issue SLA. Ensure product quality through well-defined process improvements and leadership. Prioritize Visions defined in V2MOM which includes customer trust-related items while ensuring high uptime and reliability of Salesforce Cloudhub services.ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information System, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the field of software engineering.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Management Information System, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skills: (1) Cloudhub API; (2) Mule; (3) Runtime Manager; (4) Cloudhub automation; (5) HTML5; (6) CSS; (7) JavaScript; (8) PHP; (9) Python. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $187,533.00 - $227,700.00 per annum.
