Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.
Department Description:

We work backward from the customer to address their needs across all customer segments (Small Business, Commercial, and Enterprise) and across all Salesforce products. The team is the “voice of the customer and market” to the rest of the CSG organization and we work across all functions within CSG and the Salesforce product organizations to continuously enhance the customer value and experience delivered by the Success Plans offer portfolio.
Role Description:
You will be responsible for managing our Trailblazer Community experiences. With over 3 million community members, the Trailblazer Community (trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community) helps trailblazers skill up, connect with others worldwide, and give back by sharing knowledge and building networks.
The Trailblazer Community is a robust, impactful product with an innovative roadmap, and is supported by two PMs, you and a Product director. You and this Product Director will define and articulate the product vision, set clear goals, and provide strategic direction. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and user research teams to establish and articulate a strategic product vision. Develop comprehensive product specifications and maintain product roadmaps to guide future user experiences.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders across departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product integration and go-to-market strategies. - Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and user metrics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize product success. Partner closely with engineering to ensure flawless implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, pedagogical trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in educational products. Conduct competitive and advanced user research, integrating feedback from peers and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within scope.
Experience:
- Product Management Expertise: Proven track record with 7-10 years of hands-on experience managing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development methodologies, UX/UI principles, and agile project management practices.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements. Holistic understanding of project ecosystems and their impact on user experiences.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Passion for Education: Genuine passion for education and a commitment to driving positive impact through innovative learning solutions.
- Adaptability: Adapting to rapidly changing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excels in an agile environment, consistently delivering outstanding product work under demanding deadlines.
