Within the Marketing organization, the Event Technology & Insights team delivers a cutting-edge technology stack that enhances in-person, digital, and on-demand experiences across Salesforce’s global brand activations, including content marketing initiatives and a robust events marketing portfolio. Our industry-leading platforms and solutions help connect target audiences to the content they need, when and where they need it, so that it is as easy as possible for them to learn about how to use Salesforce products and drive business growth.

Whether customers and prospects are navigating our events ecosystem or on the product buying journey, we aim to deepen their relationship with Salesforce, accelerate learning and networking opportunities, and boost marketing performance. Our innovations range from the Salesforce events mobile app to Salesforce+ to AI-powered personalization tools.

The Product Manager for In-Person Events will be responsible for delivery of in-person experiences through project execution and deployment in scrum-agile work practice. In-person events at Salesforce is a cross channel product that supports having an engaging event experience across the life cycle of awareness & consideration, registration, preparation, on-site engagement & wayfinding and post-event journey. This includes event innovation across our large-scale industry leading customer events like Dreamforce, Connections and TrailblazerDX, as well as across our series of World Tour or regional events. This product role is also responsible for effective stakeholder engagement, maintaining a product roadmap, vendor management, and influencing product leadership.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $165,600 to $227,700.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
