Your Impact:
You will be a part of our Dispatcher Console team, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of the UI components of Salesforce Field Service. As a member of our team, you’ll be working on the new version of the the Dispatch Console which includes new technologies, UI & UX refresh and taking it to the next level with new AI features.

Who You’ll Work With:
You'll be a part of the Salesforce Field Service org. Salesforce Field Service is the fastest-growing product in Salesforce history with thousands of customers worldwide. The team is based around the world with development taking place in Israel, San Francisco and India. More info on Salesforce Field Service can be found here.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test and deploy features for Salesforce Field Service, mainly in Javascript but backend development is required as well (We develop with the LWC framework and Apex for backend).
Ownership of a mission-critical components of Salesforce Field Service.
Contribute to the development of our next dispatcher console app - the core and heart of Salesforce Field Service.
Be responsible for driving new feature development from inception, design, testing to the eventual release to address customer requirements and meet business goals.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of front end development experience (libraries and frameworks such as Angular/React/Vue)
Ability to design & develop high-performance, reusable code for UI components.
Ability to own features from envisioning to deploying and collaborating with other developers
Self-starter and can learn new technology and tools quickly
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude - you gotta love what you do!
Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
Design / UX mindset - notice the little things and suggest new ideas
Backend development experience
