We are seeking an experienced mobile product manager with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions for field service operations. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, with a goal of leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance field service efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and other stakeholders to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI products tailored for the unique challenges of the field service industry.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI products, a deep understanding of field service operations, and the ability to align product strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered field service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation within field service workflows.

  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable deliverables.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in AI and field service technologies, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy.

  • Act as a key liaison between business, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology products, preferably in mobile, AI and/or field service domains.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields and/ or experience in related fields is preferred

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

  • Familiarity with field service management tools, workflows, and challenges is a strong plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
