As a Regional Service Expert for Global Mobile Telco Services, you are an instrumental partner in driving digital transformation, enabling organizations to harness the power of technology to achieve their strategic objectives. Your technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal skills make you a valuable asset in guiding businesses towards a more efficient, secure, and future-ready IT landscape.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high quality and ensure stable mobile operations
  • Support and Management of Mobile Carriers within the Region
  • Analize and maintain Corporate Mobile Fleet through Mobile Expense Management

Task & Responsibilities:

Regional Point of Contact for Mobile Expense Management

  • Ensure Inventory Maintenance & KPI Adherence within SAP Expense Management Too
    • Including Delivery of Feeds (maintained by HW Vendor) to support inventory Management
  • Workflow Approvals within SAP Expense Management Tool
  • Billing / Invoicing Queries and Support
  • Escalation Management & End User Support on Billing & Workflow Queries
  • Engage with SAP Mobile Expense Management Vendor in Weekly operations calls and deliver on actions resulting from operation calls

Day to Day Operations & Local Point of Contact for Carrier Management

  • Support DTMS colleagues on Escalations & Issues
  • Support Global Mobile Telco Team on Carrier Issues
  • Monitor Billing and ensure Data is Aligned

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Understanding of Mobile Technologies and Vendor Management
  • Technical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogeneously environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in data analyzing, reporting using MS Excel and SAP systems
