SAP Next Talent provides an accelerated curriculum to jump-start your career by diving into the vast, innovative world of SAP with the aim to promptly advance to an unlimited associate position in the company. The 12-month full-time paid rotational program allows you to explore different technologies, develop new skills and connections, and make an impact by contributing as a full-time junior-level employee making SAP the sustainable, intelligent enterprise. Here’s how:
- Join a cohort of other curious, passionate, and motivated individuals
- Gather experience on a junior position with corresponding compensation and benefits
- Exposure to a vast array of teams during each unique 6-month rotation - where you will experience different technology stacks, products, industries while refining your knowledge and understanding of the business
- Receive impactful projects, tailored learning, robust mentorship, and networking opportunities
With this program, you will be better equipped to determine which teams within SAP best align with your passions and career goals. Before completion of the program, you will be considered for placement within the company long-term, either in a team you rotate into or a similar team. To date, 90% of participants have been placed in one of these teams.
This accelerator program is suitable either for current university students with outstanding academic achievements or for recent graduates with strong curiosity and applicable experience in software development. Cohort starts on September 15, 2024.
Required Qualifications:

Education or relevant practical experience in Software Development/Engineering or similar (Bachelors, Masters, and Bootcamps welcome to apply)

Must be a recent graduate during 2023 / 2024* or a final-year student graduating no later than June 2025

Fluent in English; written and verbal communication skills
Role-Specific Qualifications:
• Knowledge of coding and scripting languages (Java, Python, Go, Bash, Selenium or Groovy)
• Basic knowledge or keen interest in DevOps toolchain (Jenkins, Travis CI, Puppet, Chef, GitHub)
• Essential understanding of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace
• Notion of Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and architecture
• Interest to learn about containerization (Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or OpenShift)

Selection process will be taking place between April and May, beginning with an invitation to complete an online technical assessment which is required to proceed.

This 12 month program is not an internship but a full time paid employment on a Junior role.
