Meet the team:

Welcome to our dynamic and diverse team! We are a fully virtual team, spread across multiple continents, bringing together a wealth of expertise in mobile device management and support.

What you will do:

  • Manage Mobile Device Fleet: Oversee and support a large mobile device fleet consisting of approximately 10,000 Android devices and 95,000 iPhones and iPads.
  • MDM Expertise: Utilize and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices, to ensure secure and efficient device management.
  • Device Support: Provide advanced technical support for mobile devices, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Mobile Security: Implement and enforce mobile security policies to protect devices from threats and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a global, fully virtual team to coordinate support, share knowledge, and develop best practices for mobile device management.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to device management processes, security protocols, and support procedures.
  • Training and Development: Educate team members and end-users on mobile device usage, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

What you bring:

  • MDM Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile device support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Mobile Security Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mobile security best practices, including the implementation and management of security policies to safeguard devices and data.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
