What you`ll do

Summary:

At SAP, we are committed to leveraging AI technology to deliver embedded SAP Business AI capabilities, transforming SAP’s cloud applications. As we bolster our AI portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing the development of AI use cases from conception to delivery together with several product teams, while ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with product, marketing, and other central teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company goals.

The Role:

• Partner with SAP Business Technology Platform product teams to shape a competitive and compelling AI portfolio.
• Build successful partnerships with LoB AI Leads & the wider Product Management (PM) community to jointly shape AI portfolio, roadmap, and narrative against competitors.
• Support use case prioritization, staffing, commitments, and continuous overview of the development progress of new AI use cases.
• Conduct thorough business value analysis, collect feedback, and shape the product roadmap proactively.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all AI Use Cases, including strong business value propositions, aligned commercials, high quality product demos and GTM materials, Responsible AI, etc.
• Pitch our SAP Business AI portfolio and AI product deep dives to customers and external stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-ready communication to senior leadership roles.

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience of 10+ years in product management of software products
• Proven experience in AI use case development
• Previous experience with SAP’s Business Technology Platform is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships, fostering a sense of community among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.
• Outstanding leadership skills, including a track record of delivering C-level presentations.
• Demonstrated capability in shaping product vision & roadmaps, creating product demos, calculating business value, and making impactful product decisions.
