What you`ll do

The Cloud Infrastructure Cost Transparency (CICT) unit provides the central services for SAPs infrastructure capacities, utilizations and charge-out.

As a senior member of our agile team you'll take over responsibilities around the following topics:

• Drive topics from a Developer & DevOps perspective around our internal product Cloud Billing & Reporting
• Take over technical project lead for mid-sized projects always having the customer in mind
• Plan and run workshops with the customers to gather their needs and translate them in technical work-packages
• Bring in your work experiences to a high extend and drive architecture decisions
• Work on semantical and technical concepts as well as implementation of backlog-items with an end-to-end mindset
• Ensure healthiness of the systems and high data quality by taking over operation shifts and implementing self-healing mechanisms
• Documentation and alignment of semantics, functionalities, processes & concepts
• Be part of our scrum team and lead junior colleagues and students
• Drive continuous improvement of the product and processes

What you bring

Required skills:

• Maker & customer-first & Agile mindest
• Strongly motivated to advance areas within and related to your primary responsibilities
• Eager and capable of quickly acquiring and sharing knowledge
• Study in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
• Proficient in organizing tasks for yourself and the team, multitasking, and thriving under tight deadlines
• Strong communication (written and verbal English), presentation and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge in Git, SQL, JavaScript / TypeScript, Cloud Computing, Kubernetes, Agile Software Development
• At least three years working experience as Developer/Devops Expert

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge about IaaS (like AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in HANA
• Knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 will be highly beneficial
• Experiences in Project Management
