The Intelligent Data Management (IDM) team is a diverse, global organization dedicated to realizing trusted data within SAP. Our primary responsibility is to govern and deliver high-quality data products and data services, ensuring seamless integration into business processes. By fostering robust data governance and management strategies, we empower a data-driven enterprise, enabling stakeholders worldwide to enhance their decision-making capabilities and drive strategic insights.

About the Role

Are you passionate about driving the strategic vision for data products and creating value for stakeholders? Join our dynamic team and collaborate with diverse internal business and IT teams to make a significant impact on our cloud transformation journey!

In this role, you will engage directly with the heart of SAP as a cloud company, where IDM provides insights into the SAP cloud product portfolio from commercial, technical, and operational perspectives. You will play a crucial role in building the data model, governing data, and executing strategies that support newly adapted and future business processes. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into meaningful solutions, improving data models and business rules, and conducting root cause analyses to define solution proposals. You will drive issues to resolution, acting as a key enabler for IT delivery teams.

Your expertise will be essential in deep diving into data management, internal data processes, and systems, helping to build trust in data with stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the execution of strategic programs designed to propel our organization forward in its cloud transformation initiative.

What you'll do

- Assist in gathering and analyzing issues from various roles and support root cause analysis with business and IT teams.

- Contribute to executing strategic work packages and defining end-user requirements for products and solutions.

- Become an expert in a defined area of the product and contribute to the overall product vision.

- Contribute to the vision of Data Products.

- Collaborate with IT and Process Owners to enhance the effectiveness of data products.

- Help implement strategic programs aligned with cloud transformation goals.

What you Bring:

- 2+ years in the software industry, preferably in Business Process Management or Master Data Management.

- Basic understanding of business processes, sales cycles, and Master Data Management.

- Familiarity with the SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.

- Strong analytical and communication skills to support data integration efforts.

- Familiarity with internal IT systems (CRM, CPQ, Jira) is beneficial.

- Fluency in English and experience in cross-functional environments.
