What you´ll do
A user experience designer is involved in all application design related activities for Cloud ERP business areas and closely collaborates with the User Experience Design Team, product management and engineering.

The Role
As a user experience design specialist, you are responsible for gathering end-user requirements, which involves preparing activities and synthesizing results to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the users' needs. This also includes collaborating with other roles to understand and refine use cases, aligning the designs with the product goals.
You are also involved in creating and iterating user interface designs, utilizing your strong technical understanding to discuss design alternatives and solutions with developers.
In addition, you verify designs through reviews, validation, and formal usability testing with end users, ensuring that the designs effectively meet their needs and expectations.
Throughout the design-driven development process, you take ownership of your work and accompany your designs, feeling accountable for their success.

What you bring

• Degree in Design, Digital Media, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or comparable fields
• 2+ years’ experience in Interaction Design, preferably with Business Applications
• Experience in working with prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Balsamiq etc.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, German or Czech is a plus

You have strong communication skills and are a natural team player. You can effectively engage and convey ideas to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams. Your understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles is excellent.

As a user experience design associate in the Cloud ERP UX Design Team you work together with a highly motivated and creative team of international interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers. Your team is responsible for driving all application design activities for Cloud ERP business areas.
