YOUR FUTURE ROLE

SAP Signavio Process Modeler is at the heart of many customers’ business transformation. You will have a pivotal role in driving the continued success of our core modeling product while also shaping the future of process modeling within SAP Signavio. SAP Signavio Process Manager remains a key solution for our customers, and you will ensure its ongoing value by overseeing product updates, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless operations. At the same time, you will play an integral part in the exciting transition toward our next-generation product, NextGen Modeler, collaborating closely with the NextGen team to align strategies and prepare for the future.

This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a well-established product while contributing to the development and successful launch of its next evolution. You will be at the forefront of ensuring SPM’s ongoing relevance while helping shape the future of our modeling tools. As a Product Manager for SAP Signavio Process Manager you’ll join a very experienced team of product managers that on-board, support and guide you. You will work very closely with the dedicated product lead for SAP Signavio Process Manager, but also with the rest of the Modeling & Governance team

The Role:

· Lead SPM through its lifecycle: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of SAP Signavio Process Manager, ensuring it continues to meet customer needs and remains a valuable tool in their process management toolkit.

· Customer engagement: Work closely with existing SPM customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction during the product’s transition phase.

· Product evolution: Collaborate with the NextGen Modeler team to align product strategies and ensure that SPM insights and customer feedback are incorporated into the development of the NextGen Modeler.

· Cross-functional leadership: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth delivery of updates, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication about product developments.

· Strategic alignment: Drive the planning and communication around the future of SPM, ensuring its transition to maintenance mode is handled smoothly, while helping set the stage for the successful launch of NextGen Modeler.

· Product advocacy: Clearly articulate SPM’s ongoing value, its role in the broader SAP Signavio suite, and its place in the transition toward the next generation of process modeling tools.

· Support the transition program: Assist in the planning and execution of the transition from SPM to NextGen Modeler, ensuring alignment across teams.

YOUR PROFILE

· Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field (Master, Phd, MBA is a plus).

· Solid experience in product management, particularly in software or enterprise products.

· Proven ability to manage and maintain a mature product while strategically planning for its future.

· Strong understanding of process modeling tools, particularly SAP Signavio Process Manager, is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, able to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.

· Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning product roadmaps.

· Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of managing both immediate priorities and long-term goals.

· Fluent in English (German skills are a plus).
