What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) with focus on supply planning processes.

You analyze our current offering in this area and develop our product strategy jointly with the product management and development teams of IBP for supply. You engage with co-innovation customers and partners to ensure market-centric innovation.

Another part of the job is to ensure the product delivery, prioritizing and describing the product backlog. Ensure the delivery of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements, with the goal of creating a competitive advantage for SAP. In order to achieve this you should be work in close collaboration with other teams in SAP IBP, such as release management, production, and governance.

In addition to above, good technical skills are required, because in this area of supply chain planning, several decisions depends on the technical environment (HANA Cloud, etc.), external and internal interfaces and other new technologies for a cloud product like IBP. Therefore, among product management skills, close alignment with technical experts is another key aspect of this role.

What you bring:

  • Supply chain planning knowledge (e.g. SAP APO or SAP IBP)
  • Technical expertise with ABAP, AMDP, SQL, HANA 2.0, HANA Cloud
  • Ability to analyze customer business requirements and map it to existing SAP software
  • Work effectively in a diverse global team environment with complex products and projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to communicate clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes and policies.
  • Self-motivated working attitude
