Summary
We are seeking an IT Security Specialist with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Technologies, and ideally has experience in an IT operations or governance department or program. You will be part of a highly motivated team dedicated to aligning, stabilizing, standardizing, and automating SAP's end-to-end corporate Tools, Processes, and internal control system company-wide.
What you'll do
In this role, you will have a key role in:
- Supporting IT teams within the Lines of Business (LoBs) in understanding security requirements, enabling adoption, and ensuring compliance in their environment.
- Working closely with relevant teams in the SAP of Identity and Access Management space.
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of SAP's corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes.
- Assisting senior staff members in developing and maintaining the SAP`s Corporate Identity and Access Management Strategy.
- Assisting in the identification and documentation of technical-level Identity and Access Management-related risks.
- Helping to ensure the business is well-prepared to embrace modern working methods such as modern authentication, Zero Trust, and cloud computing.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) or in an IT Security role.
- Technical expertise in at least one area of Identity and Access Management technology such as Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management & Identity Federation, Privileged Access Management, Customer Identity and Access Management.
- Basic understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 2700, SOX, SOC, C5.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical IT staff.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze challenges and formulate solution proposals.
- Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in English is required
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP or relevant SANS certifications is a plus
