The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you`ll do:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven senior product management specialist to join our unit, User Assistance – Content, Services, Infrastructure (UA CSI), and support the setup and running of end-to-end ownership across the infrastructure within user assistance. The Role:
Product Vision, Roadmap, and Delivery
As Senior Product Management Specialist, together with the experts across UA CSI, you will take charge of building a holistic roadmap across all elements of our user assistance infrastructure. This ranges from content management systems, cloud-based applications for configuration and enhancements of the software documentation, to the content publishing platform – SAP Help Portal. Based on the research of our stakeholders’ needs, together with the infrastructure teams in our unit, you will manage requirements, prioritize them, and discuss them with engineering teams, aiming for timely completion. You validate the planned and implemented scope across the entire product portfolio, always with involvement of the relevant subject matter experts. You Facilitate cross-functional alignment by collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of product features/objective.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
You ensure timely communication to all target audiences, using the appropriate communication assets and seek support from our internal community engagement team as necessary. You work in close collaboration with other teams within our unit as well as other key stakeholders. You coordinate the gathering and integration of feedback from different stakeholders as well as facilitating active engagement with stakeholders (for example in internal stakeholder meetings) to ensure we meet our stakeholders’ expectations. In addition, you define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Technical Writing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management and/or user assistance for enterprise software.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience with SAP products and tools and Cloud Infrastructure is beneficial.
- Certification as Product Owner (SPOC), (optional) PMI-PBA certificate, international certificate "Technical Communicator (tekom)", or a certificate as scrum master are an advantage, but purely optional.
