What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team managing a large-scale cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, and programming skills, with expertise in container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies. A passion for automation, performance optimization, and innovative problem-solving is essential for success in this role.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will develop lifecycle automation to manage and maintain Linux / KVM based hypervisors in a large-scale cloud infrastructure. Optimize system performance, conduct regular monitoring, and implement proactive troubleshooting measures.

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

We are cultivating a DevOps culture, adhering to the motto 'You build it, you run it'. You will join the on-call rotation, sharing responsibilities with the rest of the PlusOne team to ensure continuous support coverage and demonstrate your commitment to the role.

What you bring:

In addition to a high level of commitment and reliability, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you also bring the folllowing:

  • Proficiency in Linux system administration and KVM virtualization.
  • Solid programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages, with experience in scripting and automation.
  • Automate routine tasks and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications in production environments.
  • Expertise in container orchestration, including deployment and management of applications using Helm charts.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Fluentd.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
