Our global GLDS team provides a set of services to SAP internal LOB. These services include Server Management, system Management and automatic configuration management.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Business Development Specialist who combines technical expertise in IT with a strong interest in advancing into a business-oriented role. This position is ideal for a technology professional eager to step beyond technical execution and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

What you will do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on expanding the organization’s client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft and present tailored IT solutions that address customer needs
• Leverage in-depth IT knowledge to consult clients on solutions, architecture, and emerging trends
• Partner with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the company’s IT business development roadmap
• Innovate and contribute ideas to improve product offerings, services, and customer experiences

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT roles such as systems analysis, development, IT project management, or technical consulting
• Deep knowledge on Linux/Windows Operating Systems (Configuration, use of terminal, batch files, etc)
• Familiar with DevOps tools for infrastructure automation (Terraform, Packer, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, Ansible)
• Basic understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business strategy
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
