To further strengthen our capabilities and meet the growing demand for sustainability-driven innovations, we are expanding our engineering capacity in Vietnam. We are building a talented new team to support the development of one of our flagship applications: the Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), an advanced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting tool that helps businesses manage and achieve their sustainability goals.

What you’ll do
As an Associate Developer, you’ll work in an exciting and supportive environment where innovation meets purpose. You’ll contribute to building our flagship SaaS application, the Sustainability Control Tower, which enables companies to meet their sustainability goals. Your work will focus on:
- Developing Modern Cloud Applications: Help design and implement features for a leading-edge ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting tool.
- Solving Challenges: Learn to analyze and solve technical challenges while contributing to new and existing features.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with experienced team members, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and DevOps engineers in an agile environment.
- Learning and Growing: Gain hands-on experience with data models, workflows, and integrations while applying the latest tools and technologies
The work will be hands-on including development tasks and setting up systems/tenants to explore integration options.
What you bring
Required skills
We’re seeking enthusiastic, curious, and talented individuals who are excited to start their journey in software development. You should have:
- Basic Coding Skills: A solid foundation in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or others).
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for expanding your skills and staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A knack for tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English
Optional skills
- Experience with workflow and data collection software
- Knowledge in the sustainability domain, especially in ESG reporting and related regulations
- Experience with related SAP solutions and technologies, such as SAP BTP, CAP, OData
