SAP NS2 Data Engineer-TS/SCI + poly preferred-MD-20701

NS2 COMPANY DESCRIPTION

All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.

Responsibilities

Develop dimensional and transactional calculated views
Evaluate source data systems for variances, anomalies, and efficiency
Create reusable data models and calculated views that scale across the enterprise
Optimize logical and metadata models
Performance tuning of long running queries/procedures
Collaborate with data owners and data scientists to understand relationships in enterprise source data

Desired Experience

Strong understanding of database architecture, other business intelligence suites (COGNOS, Informatica, etc)
Understanding of Attribute Based Access Control
Ability to analyze business needs and translate into long term solution data models
Understand relational, dimensional, cube-based relationships
Understand conceptual, physical, logical data models
Experience with enterprise scale relational databases
Experience with building queries in
Experience with reporting tools – Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks
Experience with large data volume, performance tuning
Experience in SQL Skills.
Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
Experience in Smart Data Access and Smart data Integration will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Cloud tools/integration will be an added advantage.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional certification(s) desired.

Clearance Requirements:

Active TS/SCI + Polygraph
