ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors in Engineering
• Active participation, Sharing technical expertise & make meaning full decisions in Dev program meetings and being the point of contact from OPS & Engineering team of ABS CDE.
• Run product backlog grooming sessions and be interface with Product owners, Cloud experts, Architects, Scrum Masters, 24x7 Teams and Engineering team.
• Create & Maintain product backlog with well-defined user stories, priorities & Define acceptance criteria
• Review the backlogs and recommend improvements based on data and Dev\Customer feedback.
• Follow the scrum rituals that focuses on plans/execution and review of sprints and releases.
• Review the live site issues, KPI’s and identify improvements for the Engineering & operation team.
• Contribute Actively in driving customer escalations, expertly troubleshoot live-site issues
• Facilities discussion and team ceremonies includes daily scrum, product backlog refinement, sprint demo/reviews, sprint retrospective and sprint planning.
• Understanding Cloud API usage, command line interface and SDKs is a plus.
• End-to-end accountability of the portfolio of ABS CDE.
• Conduct periodic on-call duties using a follow-the-sun model.
• Solution centric attitude to our business-critical services and working in cross collaborative environment.
• Strong Understanding of Hyperscale’s, Cloud Operations, Cloud Computing and API Topologies

SKILLS:
• Minimum 2+ years of PO experience in Engineering\Cloud Operations teams
• 10+Years of experience in DevOps, Operations, Engineering, Automation
• Experience in any of the API management product preferably Google APIGEE, Experience in Cloud operations (Live site support, Customer communications, DC setup, Automations, Improvements, etc)
• Experience in Mulitcloud environment, Monitoring CI\CD’s and Automation scripting (Python/Bash/Shell/Terraform).
• Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and fix issues in Dev Ops process
• Good understanding of using Python or Shell scripting (Automation mindset is key in this role)
• Experience knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Experience in leading bridge calls and follow up on outages in a collaboration mode.
• Experience working with one of these cloud platforms (Eg: SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
• Experience in managing and maintaining load balancers, proxies, web servers, Queues, Caches etc.
• Hands-on experience on DevOps Tools Maven, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, Nagios
• Experience with setup & management of monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana, etc..
• Candidate having experience working with databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MySql, etc.)
