What you`ll do
SAP’s central Software Accessibility and Inclusive Design Team is defining, owning and providing the central product accessibility guidelines and quality processes for their global design, development, and validation teams. Together with an experienced team you shape and run SAP’s software accessibility program.


You will work with SAP’s Global Head of Software Accessibility and the Owner of SAP’s Software Accessibility Guidelines to support SAP’s global product teams in delivering accessible software. You have a strong focus on our users’ and customers’ needs from both a product and business perspective. You observe global accessibility legislation, industry best practices, technological innovation and bring that into scalable central guidance. You define in partnership KPIs and measurements powered by real product data to monitor and report continuous progress. You will be a reliable partner for our product experts and help them in coming up with the best solutions.

What you bring
As we build the next generation of SAP’s User Experience, we look for a passionate team-player with strong accessibility skills and people focus. This role might be a fit if you

  • have knowledge in W3C WCAG 2.2, EN 301549, BITV 2.0 and US Section 508,
  • have knowledge in running, monitoring and reporting corporate accessibility programs,
  • have IAAP certification CPACC, WAS, CPWA, ADS (or comparable skills),
  • practice winning and respectful communication (e.g. Nonviolent communication/Rosenberg),
  • show disability etiquette and inclusive behavior,
  • run with high customer focus and strong accountability,
  • show the ability to continuously adjust to tech innovation and new legislation,
  • have excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • master language skill levels: Fluent in German and English
