Senior Full Stack Developer - IT Customer Experience (Scrum Team – SAP for Me)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will bring extensive expertise to the table, guiding the development process from end to end and mentoring junior developers. What you’ll do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable solutions for our customer portal, demonstrating deep expertise across the entire technology stack.
• Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions, considering both front-end and back-end components, with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Provide expert-level contributions to the development of intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and leading frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Lead the development of server-side logic and APIs, utilizing your expertise in server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party services and APIs to enhance the functionality and connectivity of the customer portal.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating extensive experience in end-to-end development projects. Strong background in developing web applications.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in at least one leading front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Mastery of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

SAP Intelligent Enterprise Services DXC Customer Portals is responsible to define and implement SAP’s customer & partner portal SAP for Me. SAP for Me is one of the three main digital access points to SAP. In this context SAP for Me is the digital companion for all customers and partners to efficiently manage all their tasks and get insights in all their data related to their SAP collaboration.

The Customer Portals team has about 50 employees located in Germany, China, Australia and USA. To cover the increasing demand coming from all SAP areas we are setting up a new delivery team in Timisoara (Romania) and are searching highly motivated and talented people who are going to help to continuously improve SAP’s customer experience. We are using cutting edge technologies and managing the agile scrum teams with the SAFe methodology.
