What you'll do:

As Human Capital Management (HCM) product localization expert you will: - Continuously roll-in legal requirements from the local authorities and market to ensure product compliance - Support our development groups during the process of defining and developing new functionality (describing legal & functional requirements, verifying concept of the solution including final testing) - Process resolution of customer incidents - Be single point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Solution Management, Development, field organization) - Support roll-out of localized solutions in the HCM area (mainly SAP ERP HCM (PY & PA) & SAP SuccessFactors - Constantly innovate the way we build and deploy localization togehter with our custommer base, SAP partners and local SAP User group

What you bring:

- Deep application know-how in SAP HCM and SAP Payroll Ukraine

- Experience in software localization development

- solid knowledge of the Ukraine law relevant to Payroll and adjacent areas like social insurance

- Knowledge about SAP Success Factors is an advantage

- Development skills are an advantage

- Customer focus & enthusiasm for taking initiative

- Excellent team player as we work typically in a global team set up

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- More than 5 years of professional experience

- Profound knowledge about SAPs solution portfolio

- Fluent in English and Ukrainian
