We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technical subsystems within our transportation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project objectives are met within the requisite time, cost, and quality framework, while actively coordinating interfaces between the Project Manager (PM) and various partners, including suppliers, development, and procurement teams.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Plan, organize, and implement the subproject, including controlling and reporting.
- Collaborate and manage interfaces with relevant partners, both technical and non-technical.
- Participate in contract management, including claim management and project compliance issues.
- Ensure the design meets project requirements and local standards, norms, regulations, and codes.
- Clarify technical topics with customers and project team members.
- Complete work packages based on detailed design, schedule, and documents specified by the PM.
- Implement requirement engineering for the subproject.
- Organize project documentation and procure required resources for the subproject, supported by the PM.
- Analyze and monitor planned targets and financials in coordination with the Commercial Project Manager (CPM).
- Identify and resolve non-conformities and assess risks, using available tools to improve project results.
- Align with Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines, including occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or similar and validated experience in engineering project management within the transportation industry.
- Strong technical background (25kV systems) and understanding of subsystem delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to indirectly manage multiple partners and interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of local standards, norms, regulations, and codes.
- Experience in contract management and project compliance.
- Ability to manage risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes.

This career is based in Las Vegas, NV. We offer a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees, including PTO, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement. The base salary range for this position in Las Vegas, NV, is $122,100 - $164,800, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
