As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting the future of our products. You will work with diverse, cross-functional teams from concept through launch, connecting technical and commercial priorities while encouraging a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

• Be responsible for the protection portfolio elements Generator protection and Paralleling and High-Speed Busbar-Transfer devices
• Analyze the market and collaborate with customers, end-users, and other teams to find opportunities that prioritize customer value
• Drive business performance by setting and achieving meaningful product goals
• Coordinate the full product lifecycle, from initial definition to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with user needs
• Define and initiate go-to-market strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
• Identify and address gaps in the product portfolio to enhance our market presence and meet evolving customer needs
• Develop and maintain competitive positioning to ensure our products stand out

Your defining qualities

• Education
  
• A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  
• Experience & Skills
  
• Several years of experience in Medium- and/or High-Voltage System Protection and Automation Industry, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of protection applications, great to have knowledge of generator protection applications
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Agile Product Development is advantageous
