As a Portfolio Manager for Cloud & IT in critical infrastructure at Siemens Grid Software, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the digital transformation journey of our customers.
You will be responsible for understanding regulations, customer needs in critical infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric solutions. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand loyalty.


Key responsibilities.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Understand regulations in the domain of utilities, distribution and transmission system operators
  • Create strategies to advance the adoption of hosting solutions across on-premises, hybrid, cloud and more.
  • Develop and map out solution architecture, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
  • Analyze and interpret customer feedback, usability testing results, and other data to inform design decisions.
  • Present and evangelize user groups, analysts and other forums
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our customer experience.
Qualifications.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity needs in critical infrastructure
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and successful projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive design decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in leading workshops
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of our industry is desired but not mandatory
