Your mission will be…
- Participate in a comprehensive curriculum covering topics such as data visualization, automation, security, and agile methodologies
- Work on real-world use cases across different Siemens business areas, applying AI and data-driven solutions.
- Engage in hands-on projects, peer code reviews, and presentations to sharpen technical and soft skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a "One Tech Company" approach
- Receive regular feedback and mentorship from experienced Siemens professionals
- Demonstrate growth and potential during the program
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong programming skills and experience with languages like Python, Java, or C++
- Solid foundation in data engineering, data modeling, cloud computing, and machine learning
- Passion for emerging technologies like generative AI and a desire to explore their real-world applications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
What you can expect from us…
A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies. The opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups. A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.
