- Support QMS (Quality Management System) where appropriate based on Siemens QM policy and strategy,
- Support quality planning of manufacturing by creating and maintaining Quality Plans
- Act as mentor for Continuous Improvement Activities
- Report key Quality KPIs
- Actively support and coach organization in solving nonconformities.
- Plan and perform audits, assessments and follow up improvement actions,
- Support Supplier Quality Activities by performing audits and/or supporting SQM in solving supplier quality issues in production
- Perform Quality Trainings, i.e problem solving, FMEA etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
- Very good command of English both written and spoken is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Quality and Process Management activities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in moderating problem solving activities (8D, A3 etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (Make-to-order or Engineering to Order type of ) production and/or quality management. Air Insulated Switchgear Product knowledge experience is an asset
- Proven experience in Quality Management System Auditing
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams without given authority.
- Lean Expert Certification is an Asset
- Experience in application of portals /tools of office365 i.e Sharepoint Online, Power Automate, Power Tools etc. is an asset.
- Able to work and manage priorities in a demanding environment and support managing production
