- Analyze market trends and collaborate with customers, end-users, and other teams to find opportunities that prioritize customer value and community impact.
- Drive business performance by setting and achieving meaningful product goals.
- Coordinate the full product lifecycle, from initial definition to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with user needs.
- Facilitate successful market introductions that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Identify and address gaps in the product portfolio to enhance our market presence and meet evolving customer needs.
- Develop and maintain competitive positioning to ensure our products stand out.
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Power Metering or Power Quality, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Shown ability to collaborate efficiently across teams, roles, and locations.
- Familiarity with System Protection, Energy Management, Agile Product Development, and knowledge of Medium/Low Voltage grids is advantageous.
- A strong innovative spirit combined with a customer-centered approach drives success.
- Proactively taking initiative and embracing challenges without extensive mentorship is crucial.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong work ethic support both product and sales teams successfully.
- Thriving in collaborative environments while enjoying work with diverse teams across functions and geographies is key.
- Encouraging others through ideas and possessing a talent for engaging and persuading colleagues is highly valued.
- You are creative, curious, and possess excellent English communication skills.
