Your tasks and responsibilities:
Manage IBD product management processes of assigned modality in order to drive business revenue and market growth. Following local & HQ defined business objective for archiving required operating profit. Expanding Healthcare competitiveness with professional services to ensure highest customer satisfaction
Areas of Responsibilities: 1. Ensure efficient execution of all IBD product management processes in order to drive business revenue and market growth
- Market analysis and competitive transparency
- Customer base analysis and business potential identification
- IBD portfolio, offerings and pricing
- Contract management.
2. Develop market and customer-oriented marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods of install base business.
3. Develop new services and opportunities, rollout and implementation in the country product management.
4. Launch special campaigns within the service environment.
5. Consolidate and convert all required information for the IBD price book for the local market and prepare contract proposal and quotation.
6. Support sales: support to the local sales organization, product manager Ensure technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
7. Support the field force in any specific issues related to install base business, Inform the field about developments, strategies and market programs, Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
8. Cooperate with CRM product marketing to design appropriate POS solution for supporting product market share growth and customer loyalty.
9. Fulfill other tasks assigned by Superior
Your qualifications and experience:
Experience
At least 5 years' experiences in marketing and product management, knowledge about clinical applications or technical knowledge; marketing or sales role in equipment side or service side, experience in service marketing is preferred, knowledge about IT, internet technology, etc
Education
Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical science, biomedical engineering, Good command of English
