- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and global management of our partner strategy. This includes analyzing and understanding customer needs, end-user requirements, market dynamics, and business goals to derive a partnering strategy, including an integration roadmap.
- You will take ownership of the business objectives related to the partner strategy and play a key role in driving its success.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners—from initial exploratory discussions to the technical development of integrations and through to execution and operations with our customers—will be among your core responsibilities.
- To implement the integration, you structure the functional requirements, develop designs with our design team and refine these with our architects and developers on a technical level.
- You will be actively involved in acquiring international (enterprise) clients by developing models to optimally position our portfolio of mobility partners in the market.
- You will work closely with teams from marketing, solution engineering, and sales to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Your expertise will be recognized: you will develop actionable recommendations and decision-making proposals, with the opportunity to present them directly to our top management.
- You have a university degree, ideally in a business-related or engineering field.
- Most importantly, you bring extensive professional experience in product and/or partner management, ideally in a technology-driven, agile environment.
- You have experience in executing commercial strategies, particularly in relation to SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms.
- You think strategically and work results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- You are passionate about innovation and eager to actively shape progress. This role gives you the freedom to create new solutions and develop creative approaches.
- You have excellent English skills for this international role, with German knowledge being an advantage.
