- Building up and developing a strong technical knowledge and expertise within the field of rail signaling and interlocking systems
- Being an integral part of the bidding teams with focus on successful market entries and subsequent project acquisitions and executions
- Supporting working relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders through active, result-oriented collaboration and interaction
- Active participation to know-how transfer, bid and project execution processes
- Supporting company initiatives for localization of engineering knowledge related to rail signaling and interlocking field
- Master's degree in Signaling Systems or engineering education in relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in Signaling (Interlocking) systems design (confirmed with relevant designer qualification/certificate)
- Familiarity with Bulgarian/European railway standards and specialized design software
- Experience in on-site execution control and cross-department collaboration
- Capabilities for identification and recording of customer’s essential requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn and share knowledge
- Driving license (Cat. B) and willingness to travel frequently on short and long business trips in Bulgaria and abroad
- Proficient in English; German or Spanish is a plus
- Proven know-how within a company with over a century history and experience
