- You will be the driver and facilitator to drive the successful development and implementation of strategic marketing activities in SLS business line.
- You will be the subject matter expert in SLS Portfolio effectively communicating their value proposition to educate internal sales organization and customers.
- You will be responsible to plan the launch of new product and manage cross-functional implementation of the plan including gaining market insights, design marketing strategy, segmentation & positioning guidelines, value proposition, pricing, identify early adopter, KOL management, promotional and distribution activities.
- You will be responsible for product management of the assigned product portfolio throughout the product life cycle – from new product launch, roadmap to end-of-life management. This shall not limit to review the instrument ordering guide, or any configurators related to assigned products & communicate the changes to all the affected stakeholders including QT/RA, service, SCM, sales and finance.
- You will assist Head of Lab Solutions, Head of Marketing and National Sales Manager, on defining the SLS business targets in annual budget planning cycle; design strategic and operational imperatives to meet or exceed country targets.
- You will be representing ASEAN in all assigned product line related discussion with regional/ global product team.
- You will be responsible to gather market intelligence and competitor information about competing assigned products, understand the competing features, trends and utilize this knowledge in contributing towards value argumentation and positioning statements for SHS portfolio.
- You will be responsible to create and maintain KOL database and build speaker pool for specific topics to elevate the workflow and Clinical Scientifics reputation.
- You will receive and develop training materials regarding product line. Provide product training to sales, marketing, and business partner staff when necessary.
- You will be responsible to collaborate well within the LS commercial business and marketing team and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- You have a degree in Biomedical/Clinical Pathology/Lab Medicine/Life Sciences or equivalent.
- You have a minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing / technical sales / application manager role, preferably in lab diagnostics market.
- You have a strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics products & services and the ability to translate product features into compelling sales pitches.
- You have a strong understanding of product life cycle management, sales process, and market dynamics.
- You are proficient in data analysis, identify trends, make informed decisions, and continually refine product strategies.
- You can build sound working relationships internally, with business partners and customers to ensure success in this role.
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship building skills.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Working Location: Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/Thailand/ Vietnam. No relocation will be required if you are already residing in one of the ASEAN countries.
