Product Lifecycle Manager - Siemens Protection Relays – Wendell, NC - Hybrid

We are looking for a passionate Product Lifecycle Manager to lead strategy for our Protection Relays product line. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and maintain innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive market growth. This role is a Hybrid role based in Wendell, NC.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with Siemens' goals.
  • Define product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle from new concept to end-of-life.
  • Partner with Innovations, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to promote your products & grow market share.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive product adoption.
  • Present at conferences and webinars promoting Siemens as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Participate in and develop white papers to raise awareness of Siemens solutions.
  • Leverage your knowledge of protection relays (Siemens SIPROTEC optional but preferred).

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in protection relays.
  • 5+ years of experience in protection relays, meters, and communication protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Master’s degree in business administration or other advanced degree.

  • The pay range for this position is $120,540 - $206,640 and the annual incentive target is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
