- Develop comprehensive documentation for internal and external use, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles, to support our products and empower users.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and QA specialists to understand product requirements and user needs and create text content that fulfils those needs
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that content and design are aligned and contribute to a cohesive user experience.
- Review and provide feedback on product designs and prototypes from a content perspective, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand voice and tone.
- Continuously iterate and improve upon existing content and documentation based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Manage the localisation and translation of UX text content for international audiences
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX writing, technical communication, and accessibility.
- In addition to your completed studies in journalism, technical writing, UX design, or a related field, you have practical experience as a UX writer, technical writer, content strategist, or in a similar role in a SaaS software company or digital product environment.
- You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (German is an advantage), with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content.
- You can understand complex technical concepts and explaining them in simple terms
- You have a deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- You are competent in using content management systems (CMS), version control systems (e.g., Git), and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). Proficiency I using Figma is advantageous.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
