- Leads the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to determine that products perform as intended according to the appropriate certification standard (UL / NOM / IEC, etc.). Uses GenAI to support the analysis of historical data when necessary, but prioritizes expert judgment in evaluating causes.
- Collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, and Production to meet technical requirements and ensure project implementation is on time. GenAI can assist in specific tasks, such as risk analysis or scenario simulation in complex projects.
- Basic mechanical design, tolerance analysis, and statistics. Creates and tests prototypes. Uses traditional design tools, relying on GenAI for specific instances, such as generative simulations in early phases.
- Designs using NX or ProE Creo software, selects materials and surface finishes, creates drawings. Primarily selects materials and finishes based on technical knowledge, using GenAI optionally to assess alternatives in complex designs.
- Mechanical simulation, knowledge of material standards (ASTM, DIN ISO, ANSI, etc.). Performs simulations and analysis mostly with specialized software, using GenAI only when needed to interpret complex results or explore unconventional scenarios.
- Generates blueprints, publishes the Bill of Materials (BOM), organizes design reviews for tools and components, provides updates to management, resolves PPAPs, and handles deviation requests. GenAI can help automate BOM generation only in cases requiring high optimization.
- Supports the production line to improve FPY, quality (NCCs), and on-time delivery of products. GenAI can be used to identify failure patterns in data, but corrective actions are guided by expert knowledge.
