Responsible for the electrical design of TIC, APS, and Building Blocks.
负责牵引主辅逆，功率模块等产品的电气设计。
1. Responsible for electrical design of products. E.g. power component selection, drive circuit design, protection circuit design and so on.
负责产品的电气设计。例如：功率元器件选型，驱动电路设计，保护电路设计等。
2. Prepare for product design report, technical specification, etc.
编写产品设计报告，技术规格书等。
3. Analyze and solve the technical problems arising in the design process.
分析和解决设计过程中出现的技术问题。
4. Follow the development trend of inverter technology in domestic and abroad and be able to propose product improvement and technological innovation programs.
跟踪国内外变频器技术发展趋势，能够提出产品改进和技术创新方案。
5. Adapt the HQ products in order to fulfill the domestic customer's requirements or standards. Continuously optimize the products to enhance quality or reduce cost.
调整总部的产品设计，以满足国内客户需求或国家标准要求。持续优化产品设计以增强质量或减少成本。
6. Support localization of electrical components, materials, harness and semi-products.
支持对电气元件、材料、线束和半成品的国产化过程。
7. Support test engineer for product failures during testing, and support Service for the failure analysis.
支持测试工程师解决测试中的产品问题，并支持服务进行失效分析。
8. Support other functions (incl. Offer, PM, QM, sales), and other organizations about technical questions.
就技术问题，支持其他职能（含报价、项目、质量、销售），和其它机构。
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Position Requirement:
职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Automation. 本科以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业。
2. More than 5years related working experience in converter design, able to independently complete product design and commissioning. 5年以上变频器设计相关经验，能够独立完成产品设计及调试。
3. Familiar with the working principle, structure and design standard of converter. 熟悉变频器工作原理，结构组成及其设计标准。
4. Familiar with SiC power device performance, selection. 熟悉碳化硅功率器件性能，选型。
5. Proficient in electronic power technology, electrical engineering and automation related professional knowledge 熟练掌握相关电子电力技术，电气工程及其自动化等相关专业知识。
6. Familiar with circuit design software for circuit design and simulation. 熟练使用电路设计软件进行电路设计和仿真。
7. Proficient in inverter hardware design, including power component selection, drive circuit design, protection circuit design, etc. 精通变频器硬件设计，包括功率元器件选型，驱动电路设计，保护电路设计等。
8. Familiar with inverter software programming, master at least one programming language. 熟悉变频器软件编程，掌握至少一种以上的编程语言。
9. Understand motor control theory and be able to design and optimize motor control algorithm. 了解电机控制理论，能够进行电机控制算法的设计与优化。
10. Good project management ability, able to complete the design task according to the project schedule and requirements 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够按照项目进度和要求完成设计任务
11. Good communication skill in English and Chinese. 良好的中英文沟通能力。
