What You’ll Be Doing:


Supplyframe, a Siemens company, is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the electronics component industry. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead our product team in delivering world-class enterprise SaaS products for supply chain optimization.


This high-impact role involves driving product strategy, shaping roadmaps and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that align with our company's goals and customer needs. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of product managers while contributing directly to the development of innovative, user-focused solutions that set new standards in the industry. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Individual Contribution and Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Directly manage complex or high-priority product initiatives, setting a high standard for execution and outcomes.
    Become a subject matter expert across the entire SaaS product portfolio to provide informed leadership.

  • Develop and Execute Product Roadmaps:

  • Combine feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to shape product strategy and prioritize roadmaps.
    Integrate innovative ideas and long-term strategic vision into the roadmap, ensuring a balance between addressing immediate needs and delivering impactful, forward-thinking solutions.

  • Enforce robust planning frameworks to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

  • Drive Product Quality and User Experience:

  • Lead efforts to enhance the user experience and product quality, ensuring products meet

  • customer needs and expectations.
    Review and refine designs, specifications, and strategies to maintain high standards.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Establish clear metrics and dashboards to track product performance and inform strategic decisions.
    Constantly evaluate products through quantitative and qualitative insights, integrating data into product iteration and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:

  • Partner effectively with engineering, design, and business teams to align on product goals and execution plans.
    Balance customer, partner, and business interests to maximize outcomes.
    Engage with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and sales, to align product priorities with go-to-market strategies and customer support."

  • Innovate and Expand the Product Vision:

  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation, mentoring the team in ideation and execution of impactful solutions.
    Analyze and stay informed about the competitive landscape to guide product positioning and strategy adjustments.

  • Drive a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of emerging technologies or methodologies.

  • Lead and Mentor the Product Team:

  • Guide the team of product managers to consistently deliver exceptional results in user experience, attention to detail, and product ownership.
    Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and improvement.

Who/What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and mentoring product managers.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality enterprise SaaS products in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in supply chain optimization, logistics, or related domains is a strong plus. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for product and project management.

  • Skills:

  • Strong expertise in user experience (UX) design and detail-oriented product development. Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a focus on timely and reliable delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Mindset:

  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to balance team mentoring and individual contributions.
    Passion for building products that solve real problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
