WE, THE INTEGRATION AND API CLOUD OPERATIONS TEAM, ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:

to deploy, manage, control, administer, monitor & improve:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with the organization's needs and best practices.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as development and architecture, to design cloud-based systems and applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of cloud-based systems. This involves monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring high availability.

• Implement automation and scripting solutions to streamline cloud operations, deployment, and configuration management.

• Ensure that cloud systems and services meet security standards and compliance requirements and implement necessary security measures.

• Lead incident response efforts and troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.

• Optimize cloud resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency without compromising performance and reliability.

• Analyze system performance and resource usage trends to plan for future capacity needs and ensure smooth scaling.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, CMS, NPI, GS and IT operations, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve cloud operations and system performance.

• Maintain detailed documentation of the cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and seamless handovers.

• Engage with cloud service providers and manage relationships to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Must

§ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar education or working experience

§ Linux administration and comfortable with Bash

§ Exposure to at least one Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure

§ Exposure to at least one Configuration & Infrastructure management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef

Experience in any ticketing tools, automation tools, GitOps

o Tools: Jira, ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Opsgenie etc..,

o Understanding of SSL Certificates and SSO technologies

Certifications and/or experience with AWS/ Azure systems and services

o Kubernetes, Linux, MS SQL/MongoDB, Terraform and Docker experience all advantageous

§ Exposure to handle customers / escalation calls

§ Exposure to manage team

§ Good vocal and written communication skills in English

• Preferred

§ Analytic mindset and good with troubleshooting issues

§ Exposure to Git, GitOps methodologies

§ Experience in managing SaaS / PaaS

§ Containerization and Orchestrators like Kubernetes

§ Networking and DB fundamentals

§ Self-starter mentality
