We are currently seeking a Product Experience Manager* with a strong background in user research to work with the product management team on the success of the ARIS products. In this role, you work at the triangle of our customers, product management, and user experience. You will facilitate learning opportunities on the product and its usage by collecting and analyzing data on product success. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to take the necessary actions.

Essential Functions

  • Define and validate user personas
  • Run interviews with stakeholders (customers, partners) to learn about user needs
  • Support the product managers in validating the planning and to validate current concepts
  • Track and learn from adoption success
  • Help to focus on ICP's and Use-Cases with special understanding of needs and customer interaction

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional background in Product Experience (PX), User Experience (UX), Design Thinking with a company that uses agile development patterns and rapid customer iteration.
  • Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field with strong emphasis on PX, UX, Design Thinking.
  • Knowledge of the B2B/ business application domain or demonstrated ability to rapidly ramp up in similar categories.
  • Strong background in user research, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Good experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong visual conceptual skills, a high level of analytical thinking, and the ability to grasp things quickly.
  • Strong experience and skills in organizing and executing experience workshops with relevant personas.
  • Customer-, solution-, and team-oriented working style.
  • You are not a stranger to initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Strong analytical expertise, you love measuring the success of a product and driving the right actions for improvements.
  • Very good presentation skills and professional communication.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Gainsight PX or similar applications is advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
