We are currently seeking a (Senior) Product Designer* ARIS.

!!! This position is limited to 1 to 1.5 years as a maternity cover !!!

The ideal candidate* has a strong foundation in user experience and interface design, paired with a passion for creating intuitive, visually engaging B2B software products. As a (Senior) Product Designer*, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement user-centered solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives. Your UX design expertise and in-depth knowledge of enterprise software will be essential in elevating the overall user experience of our products.

Essential Functions

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation for high-impact projects, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all stages
• Develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces that simplify workflows and enhance productivity, while creating design concepts, user journeys, and interaction designs that align user needs with business objectives
• Translate customer needs into well-thought-out design solutions, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with product designers, developers, product managers, and professionals to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet industry requirements. Ensure project goals and timelines are met
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent user interface across all products. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge design tools, methodologies, and techniques to enhance the overall quality and impact of our design work

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in software product design, with exposure to B2B, B2C, SaaS or enterprise applications
• Proficient in modern, advanced design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically from a user's perspective
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging designs
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to justify and defend design decisions
• Experience of working in an agile environment and thinking about how to learn quickly from and iterate on customer feedback

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with business process management, process mining, or related fields
• Experience with front-end development frameworks like React or UI libraries such as Microsoft Fluent UI
