Software Engineer - Tools and Infrastructure

This is your opportunity to work in a scaled agile environment within international teams developing high-tech solutions for the medical hearing health care sector.
You will be responsible for the development of cloud infrastructure that hosts CI/CD tools for building, testing and releasing firmware for our products. For your work, you will apply the latest technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, Terraform, Python, Ansible.
You will also actively contribute to the architectural evolution of our platforms to ensure their sustainability.

Your tasks:

Design, develop, test, integrate software applications for enabling embedded development process
Support other teams that use our services for firmware development
Contribute to agile, developer-driven culture and environment
Occasional trips to Sonova HQ in Switzerland

Your profile:

Have a solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, C#, C++)
Experience with CI/CD systems in the context of firmware development
Passionate about best practice software development and technologies
Result-oriented team player with a pragmatic approach and good communication skills
BSc/MSc degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English
Kubernetes skills are a big plus
