Especialista de Infraestrutura
Purpose of the Job - Champion day to day management of IT infrastructure within assigned region, while working within the guidelines defined by the Infrastructure Engineering teams.
Mentor select Field Services team members for level 1 related infrastructure topics.
Responsabilities -
- Responsible for monitoring, integrity and trouble-free operation of entrusted environments.
- IT room layouts & facility validation
- Keeping up to date site documentation & drawings.
- Rack, stack, patch & physical boots on the ground where level 1 resources are not available.
- Capacity planning & hardware lifecycle
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Backup monitoring & error resolution
- LAN management
- VMware hosts & hypervisor management
- Infrastructure related trouble tickets & change requests (L2)
- Vulnerability remediation
- Disaster recovery planning
- Key regional stakeholders’ liaison
- Cloud computing migration (from on-premises to cloud)
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
